November 29th I emailed concerning a problem with a watch winder. It was

The replacement motor for the 4-head watch winder appeared
yesterday, and I tried it out last evening. It is now operating
silently, as expected. Thanks very much for your kind assistance in
expediting the replacement of the original, which I must assume
was damaged in shipment. The winder is now a pleasure to see
and (not) hear in operation.

I recently purchased a watch winder from you. I was impressed with the
