About Watch Winder Outlet Mall Products
These are products that for various reasons cannot be sold at our regular price. Some are new, but have damaged packaging. Others have been returned from our customers for various reasons, including requests to upgrade to another product, products purchased as gifts that then were returned by the recipients, and other reasons. In other cases, we only have a limited number of items to offer, so they can not be placed in our regular merchandise offerings. And, finally, we have added certain products that may be discontinued, surplus, overstock, or display merchandise.
The refurbished watch winders may have cosmetic blemishes, be louder than normal, or have other minor mechanical deficiencies. Many of the shipping boxes have been recycled and may not look as pretty as our new boxes. But each product is checked by our German trained technicians and refurbished as may be required. Please understand that the watch winders also are being offered at a discount because they are not being offered with the same two-year warranty or 30-day home trial, and are not eligible for our for our VIP Lifetime Warranty. Some, depending upon the item, come with a one-year warranty. For others, you may purchase an extended warranty to make the warranty valid for one-year from the purchase date. All of the Outlet Mall winders work properly and should perform as well as a new unit. If they fail within 90 days from invoice date, we will replace or repair at no charge.
Our descriptions of all Outlet Mall items are accurate. Please read them carefully, as we cannot accept returns of these items for conditions that are described for the specific item. If you have any doubts or concerns, please do not order these products, but order factory-new ones instead from our Watchwinders.com Web site. For instance, if you plan to use a refurbished winder in your bedroom, near your headboard, do not order a winder that is described as "louder than normal" if you are a light sleeper. If you are giving the product as a gift, you may not want a product with a damaged box, etc.
Returns of Outlet Mall items for any reason are subject to 15% restocking charge. We have to reexamine the products, create new boxes, etc. We hope you understand.
