We guarantee every item we sell. We offer you a secured ordering site. We have a very liberal return or exchange policy. We never offer your name, email address or other personal information to others for solicitation. We often suggest something less expensive for your needs. We have thousands of satisfied customers and will provide names if requested (as long we have the customers' permission). And, unlike many Internet "retailers," we have a full time staff. However, if you find something that bothers you or you find the same product offered for less, let us know. An honest updated report on the availability of all products. A constant effort to reduce your costs on all products.
