Ordering, Shipping and Return Information
Unlike
some other online businesses, we know there are times when you need
to talk to a live person... not voice mail, not e-mail. As such, we
continue to maintain a first class customer support department for all
customers. We ourselves hate nothing more than trying to contact a company
on the Internet that "only has e-mail", so at jfainc.com you can always
reach a live person to help you when required. If all the lines are
busy, especially during peak business hours, leave a voice mail and
your call will be returned the same business day. Please tell us the
best time to call you back between the hours of 9AM CST and 5PM CST.

Our pages are shopping cart enabled and orders are processed through a secure server. You can simply click to add an item to the shopping cart without typing in any information. At any time, you can press the "View Your Cart" button to review what you have in your cart or the " Out Now" button to complete your order. You will have an opportunity to choose your shipping method during the out process. Our shopping cart system allows you to order via fax or mail using credit card, or money order. You may also place your order on-line by credit card (secure or non-secure real time processing). You will be given further instructions for each of these options as you process your order. We will confirm your order via email. NOTE: Phone, fax and mail orders are not eligible for on line promotions or special prices. To assure that you receive the best price and fastest service place your orders on our secured web site. If you choose to fax (312-527-1116) or mail your order to us and are paying by credit card, please include a photocopy of your credit card and driver's license so that we can clearly read all numbers. IMPORTANT NOTE: After you press SUBMIT, the computer will pause as it processes the order. Do not hit the submit button twice as it is normal for the computer to pause for a few seconds while it processes your order. You will then be shown a confirmation of your order. PLEASE DO NOT PUSH THE SUBMIT BUTTON TWICE. We accept both Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payment with check or money order via US Postal Mail. Please allow four

Because The Driver's Seat is a custom-made item, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or not as described. A Return Goods Authorization number (RA) must be requested prior to the products being returned. No returns will be accepted without a RA#. All returns should be sent via insured carrier for the same amount as your original invoice. All returns, no matter which carrier you select, should require a signature upon delivery. Shipping & Handling Information: Standard shipping method: The Driver's Seat ships by Common Carrier (truck). Due to size, weight and production time, we only offer Common Carrier (truck) freight. There is no expedited delivery. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes: If you give us a PO Box as the shipping address, your order will be delayed until we can confirm a valid shipping address via email or phone. If your credit card is billed to a PO Box, please give us a valid shipping address in the "special instructions" area on the final checkout form.
The Driver's Seat generally ships in four to six weeks after order. Our standard method of shipping The Driver's Seat is Common Carrier (truck). All Driver's Seat Chairs are custom made-to-order. Expedited shipping is not available for this product because of size, weight and production time.
